Just being Miley

Kacey Musgraves’ last album has been on repeat due to it being not only really great, but also at the right levels to always have it in the background. Yet by not paying enough attention, I have just let it play through the rest of the albums (I’ve listened to her Christmas album in it’s entirety a handful of times now) and this Miley Cyrus song has now lodged it’s way into my subconcious:

Yeah, here is a link to the original. BTW… What do else do you think they were considering as lyrics before they settled on “my best friend Leslie”? A weird reference to a non-existent person?
