For those of ya’ll interested in The Dead Weather, the whole cd is playing on them facebooks. Jack White is becoming what I imagine Prince is to another generation. My theory is that there is a large group of people that will always buy a Prince stuff not based on what they hear, but what they have heard before. His albums always do well regardless of radio play or his crazy marketing schemes. I will always buy music that Jack White puts out regardless of whether I have heard it or not because he hasn’t let me down yet. And now he has a subscription service available from his Third Man Records. For a fee, you can get a couple 7″ a year plus t-shirts and other things as a member.
so while the photoshop wars wage on between brian and neil, the youngest travers, austin, has really stepped up to the plate and is making a real name for himself, as a prankster, fresh blood cougar bait, and now INTERNET CELEBRITY! for those of you nine to fivers and ‘independantly employed’, you may have noticed these internets all a buzz with his latest stunt:
