There has been a lot of coverage of…

There has been a lot of coverage of the non-English members of the UK lately including the NATO summit in Wales marking Obama as the first American president to visit the small nation that hates vowels and the upcoming vote on Scottish independence. The vote, to take place on Thursday, is said to be very close. Once again John Oliver delivering some hilarious coverage. Beside David Cameron being extremely polarizing, Tony Blair spoke out in support of Scotland remaining a part of the UK. As my Scottish and Welsh friends said if they weren’t voting for or supporting independence before Tony Blair’s comment certainly drove them to it.

Click-hole

If you are annoyed with all the lists from sites like Buzzfeed going on everyones Facebook feed these days (or bullshit native advertising), one solution is to ignore it.  Another, more hipster but hilarious way, is to copy it and exaggerate it, which is what the Onion did in with Clickhole.  If you have taken a quiz about which Ninja Turtle you are then you might also enjoy these quizes such as “Which Hungry Hungry Hippo are you?” or “Who is your Spirit Douglas?“.   It is pretty ridiculous and amazing how much time you can waste (on a site that is a parody of time-wasting sites).

So next time you are at work on a saturday, snap-chatting yourself watching the All-Ireland, maybe you could also be figuring out “Which Team Member of Jo-Ann Fabrics in Jacksonville” you are.  I am Lanna, btw.

Via someone here at work.
