Bunch o’ random stuff in music that I thought worth posting about:
- Tallest Man On Earth has a new song via a new Adult Swim Singles collection. Not as great as the album, the Wild Hunt, but worth a listen.
- Avett Brothers have a new song out. Check out the live performance on CMT.
- After talking to Brice about the folk-y kick I have been on lately, she suggested The Devil Makes Three. Worth a listen.
- Adele has a pretty much amazing cover of Bonnie Raitt’s “I Can’t Make You Love Me.“Â The story behind the inspiration of the song is pretty awesome.
- Zooey Deshanel and M. Ward have a new song on the Pooh soundtrack.
- Via the Phantom and Jason Thomas, Jack White is releasing two covers the White Stripes did.
- Rome has been played on the radio a bunch, but have you heard Jack White’s collaboration with Black Milk?
