Age 94. RIP Abe Vigoda. He seems to most famous for the Godfather and Barney Miller, but I just remember him as always being used in bits for Late Night with Conan O’Brien. The AV Club has nice article about him, hopefully soon, someone puts up a supercut of some of his Conan appearances.

This past year, I have been listening to much more country music (both good and bad) than I thought. Top artists were Sturgill Simpson, Pistol Annies, and AC-DC. Here is a playlist of my top tracks.

From Neil, Jon Benjamin, voice of Bob’s Burgers and Archer, star of Comedy Central show “Jon Benjamin has a Van”, did an “experimental jazz album” called Well, I Should Have… Learned to Play Piano. It’s experimental and labeled that way because he doesn’t know how to play the piano. But the rest of the band is accomplished jazz musicians. NPR’s Robert Siegel really thought it was funny.
