I may have posted this video before, but I am adding it again. Dan Telfer is playing his last show in Chicago (before he moves to LA) at the Mayne Stage on Friday. Tickets are only $13, so cheap. I just got tickets and thought I should let everyone else know. Here is probably his most famous bit:

For those of you who were disappointed when Q101 changed formats last year, I have good news and bad news.
Bad news first: They’re still going to play contemporary chic music.
Good news now: James VanOsdol wrote a book about the radio station covering all 19 years of broadcasting with interviews from both on and off air employees. I’m assuming Barnes and Noble has it, but if not, you can get it at Amazon.com.
