Next week TheBruceBlog is going to be having some changes made to it.  I am getting a new theme for it and am going to be deleting the first year of posts.  There is only a limited amount of space available here plus a lot of the links used in posts from that long ago don’t work anymore.  So you have the week to remember what 2007 was like.  It also means that there won’t be proof when people repost repost things.

On the heals of seeing the Hangover and having a long discussion about our favorite Zach Galifianakis videos, I thought I would post up some of my favorite clips of man:

• Adult Swim compiled clips of Zach on The Tim and Eric Awesome Show. Definitely check out the Snuggler videos.
• I remember vaguely in college that he had a show that I now regret not watching.  Here is a hilarious clip.
• He had a standup dvd called “Live at the Purple Onion.”  Check out a compilation of clips.
• He did a video with Fiona Apple where he lip synced which led to Kanye asking him to lip synch one of his videos.
• He was in a movie called Comedians of Comedy with Patton Oswalt, Brian Posehn, and Maria Bamford.  Its a hilarious documentary about these four comedians traveling across country doing standup.  Here are a couple clips that I was able to find.  And if you haven’t seen much of the other guys, here are some more clips of those guys.

Pretty amazing of Mark Paul Gosselaar to be cool with this, considering how Vanilla Ice or Mark Wahlberg can get about their younger days, but he came out as Zack Morris.  I can’t stand Jimmy Fallon, but you have to admit that he is really trying hard when he convinces Mark to come out and not only be Zack, but perform “Friends Forever.”

A friend sent me this site but neither Janet, Kay, nor Merriam are on here; and everybody knows Janet has some brass balls.

I am no authority on remixes, but I have recently been obsessed with a remix artist/group called R.A.C., or the Remix Artist Collective.  It is comprised of a couple dudes from all over who “reinterpret indie-rock songs by infusing them with danceable beats and dreamy instrumentation.”  I first heard of Lady Gaga when some blog put up a remix of “Just Dance,” which is better than the original.   I have been recently obsessed with their remix of Kings of Leon’s “Use Somebody.” Besides being a great remix, I also like it because I have heard the original too many times.  Head over to their website to see what they’ve done recently, Hype Machine to hear them, Brooklyn Vegan to get some older songs, or Stereogum to check out an album they made for the blog.
