Well Covered

Saw this on Twitter tonight: “What cover versions did you hear so many times before you heard the original that you still think of the cover as the original?”

Before you start answering, here was an absolute gem I never knew, probably because for years I thought the title was “We’re going down to a lineup”. Here is Paul Pena doing his song, Jet Airliner on Conan:

And speaking of Steve Miller, I can’t say I’ve ever figured out the answer to this post about this song with/from/for Paul McCartney.
