“I Wonder”

Upon seeing Jack White’s Blunderbuss on Amazon for a bargain I naturally wanted to see if I could pay a similar price on his website Third Man Records (in the hopes that money spent on his website could more or less go directly to him, unfortunately there isn’t even an option for a mp3 only download.)
What I did discover however was the new project featured on the Third Man front page of another favorite, Brittany Howard (from Alabama Shakes) and Ruby Amanfu, from Jack White’s “Love Interruption.” Their new release is on the Third Man Soundcloud called “I Wonder”:
This cover is originally by Rodriguez who you may or may not know is the subject of the 2013 Best Documentary winning movie “Searching for Sugar Man.” I remember the movie winning and being interested in watching it (it even has a 96% rating on RottenTomatoes.) Luckily enough it seems to be available on Redbox, so let’s hope it lives up to the hype that I’m giving it.
