Here are a bunch of things that I missed in the few days away from the internet:

• A nostalgic look at the Internet from the 90’s. Thanks, Swissmiss.
• Check out these love songs designed as Steven King book covers. Thanks, Joe.
• Would you wear these Mitchell & Ness shorts for $125 each?  I like them, but would probably never wear them outside.
• Rick & Morty aired the first episode of the new season (weirdly, without any actual plans for the rest of the season) and it was fantastic.  In the episode, Rick obsesses over McDonald’s Szechuan Sauce, a promotional chicken nugget sauce for Mulan, which apparently was real.  Some dude found a packet of it in his car and made $14,000 for it.
• This James Corden / Riz Ahmed rap battle was worth a watch.
• Fun fact about Sean Spicer: in college, he had a tough time with the media, too.  He got the name “Sean Sphincter” during an attempt to outlaw smoking in dorms.
• Got served an ad for Hardee’s in which they are trying to distance themselves, only slightly, from there weirdly sexual burger ads.  Andrew Puzder might have left the company, but abandoning the “Slutburger” aspect one of the many things I now associate with the brand via his statements.

• You can now buy a computer version of the old 16-bit versions of Lion King, Aladdin, and Jungle Book. Probably cheaper than trying to find a working/used version on Ebay for Super Nintendo.
• If you watch Silicon Valley, you’re probably gonna want to watch 10 minutes of the Best of Jian Yang
• Someone put together the all the random noises Kanye makes in his songs.
• Vanity Fair has this funny video of Eric André and Hannibal Buress playing with each other’s Tinder account. Amy Schumer did something similar too.
• Did you know the Olympic swimming events have lifeguards? The first picture is hilarious. Via SwissMiss

• Chance the Rapper is the Chicago White Sox official brand ambassador?  He is doing voice-overs on commercials and even the video at the park?  Also, how about him having his own White Sox / SOX hats?!  This video promoting them is worth a watch.   Isn’t his new mixtape dropping over the weekend?
• The Daily Show made a rap song of Donald Trump quotes and then a video for it.  Check it out on Rolling Stone.
• Apple has it’s CareKit Apps available now.  Wow.
• Wanna know the most expensive domain names?

• Blink 182 has a new song; I guess they are back with the Alkaline Trio guitarist?
