Wassup, here is a just a random list of stuff that I found today. Topless Robot put a list together of the weirdest E.T. merchandise here. Here is a promotion where you can morph a picture of yourself into the hulk here. I don’t know if I would spend this kind of money, but I do think it would be cool to have a personalized muppet. A bunch of bands are making 8 second promos for NBC just doing the three bars. The Flaming Lips are doing one with the help of Wayne Coyne’s guitar made with a guitar hero controller. Here is another cute/funny video for Obama with the Wassup guys. You can have Ellen Degeneres call someone you know for a wakeup call to take pills. And, nope, that picture is not supposed to be an E.T. dildo. The Whigs
Being unemployed is gives me a lot of time to read more music blogs. A new one that I like a lot is Rollo & Grady. They have a couple posts a day, with very listenable music. They have a lot of posts about the Rolling Stones, My Morning Jacket, Radiohead, and The Whigs. The Whigs are another great rock band from Athens, Georgia. The most recent post about the Whigs included an interview with the lead singer, Parker Gispert. Check ’em out. Here is a video from my favorite song of theirs from letterman:

Andy Griffith Show and Happy Days remake?
Ron Howard, Andy Griffith, and Henry Winkler reprise their roles for their own political agenda. The video is not ha ha funny but rather interesting to see how much Ron Howard still looks like Opie.

30 Rock
The 3rd season of 30 Rock starts on Oct. 30 (what a wierd coincidence) anyway for those of you, but mainly me, who cannot wait, the season premiere is available over at Hulu.com. I gave it a quick once over and was amused.
