Innovative companies that want to grow and stay innovative need to hire innovative people. Tech companies like Google weed these people out by asking quirky questions. Ellen talks about the quick-on-your-feet thinking questions asked when she was interviewed for her job at the Board of Trade, but none were as crazy as this list that was compiled by Opendoor.
