Here’s a pretty cool web tool called Graph TV that visualizes IMDB ratings of television show episodes. Each season is color-coded and individualĀ dots (episodes) are linked to their IMDB page.
For example, people apparently didn’t like how Season 4 of Arrested Development started:
Our very own Stinks, follows Patrick Carney on twitter, notices he favorited (or stared or liked or whatever) a Mike Tyson tweet, remembered that the black keys were recording an album, watched the video linked to in the tweet, realized it was a black keys teaser, saw that only a few people had watched the video, so he let Pitchfork know. Now Neil and the blog was mentioned on Pitchfork.
Anways, here is the first single from the upcoming album:
Pretty funny comment by Louie… even funnier that the exact statement is wrong. Does the American Hustle clip at the end mean he acknowledges it or is that just a coincidence?
A couple years ago I bought a used ipod touch and a Nike plus sensor thinking it would motivate me to run more. It didn’t work very well. I like toys but I am cheap and like the idea of tracking things but I am not the best at keeping up with it. Despite my distaste for wearing watches, I have been fascinated with the smartwatch/wearable-tracker movement going on.
While I think all of this is cool, I am too cheap and don’t like watches. I guess this market is huge now, but is anyone that reads this interested in this shit? Would you wear it? Is this something that people want in the future?
